Rumi AI is an education-tech SaaS offering an AI-powered documentation and integrity tool for students and educators, blending advanced AI features with intuitive UX to support writing, assignment workflows, and academic integrity.

I joined Rumi as their Customer Success Manager, but like most early-stage startups, my role expanded far beyond support. I worked across web design, UX improvements, brand asset creation, marketing copywriting, content production, social media, newsletter management, bilingual sales calls, and product design.

I also contributed to designing the Google Classroom integration and the Peer Review feature products, helping translate user needs into clear flows and intuitive functionality.

Additionally, I contributed to the visual branding of the property by photographing selected areas of the accommodation, including one of the coworking spaces, to support marketing and website content.

Professional Growth & Impact

At Rumi I gained hands-on experience that blended customer success, product thinking, UX design, and marketing. Moving between user support, design decisions, and communication taught me how to connect insights from real users to product improvements and marketing messages.

Working on features like Google Classroom integration and Peer Review strengthened my ability to break down user journeys, improve usability, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. At the same time, managing newsletters, LinkedIn, and long-form articles helped me sharpen my ability to explain complex tools in a simple, engaging way.
